Operators
What binds tightest, and what two values written together mean. 2 examples.
In this order, each step binds tighter than the one before it. + and -, then * / mod and two values written next to each other, then a leading minus, then ^. A factorial ! binds to the factor it follows, so 2^3! is 2^(3!). -2^2 is -(2^2), not (-2)^2. * is ordinary multiplication, including matrices. It is not elementwise. Angles are radians. There is no degree switch.
Powers and factorial
y is −4. z is 64, because 3! is 6 and 2^6 is 64.
Juxtaposition
Writing 2 and 3 next to each other multiplies them. y is 6. r is 1.
